I can help you navigate your leadership journey with clarity and confidence
Together, we will:
Explore where you are
We’ll begin with a deep dive into where you are in your work and life at the moment. We’ll discuss what decisions, values, and priorities brought you to this point. We’ll get clear on what you feel is working well vs. what isn’t. We’ll start to paint a picture of what you’d like to be different, and what impact those changes would have on you and your work.
Set personalized goals
Once we’re clear on where you’re coming from and have a sense of where you want to go, we’ll start building a plan to get you there. We’ll establish an overarching goal to underpin our work together — one that captures the future state you’d like to move towards — and then break it down into a set of supporting steps we think will move you in the right direction.
Act, learn, repeat
This is where the bulk of our work happens! Together, we’ll seek opportunities for you to take small steps in the direction you want to go. Through reflective conversations and experiments with new practices, you’ll harvest learnings about yourself, use those insights to take actions aligned with your goals, and work towards sustaining your progress long-term.

Common questions:
How long do we work together?
I recommend starting with a batch of 5-10 sessions, depending on your goals. As we approach our final meeting, we’ll review what you’re learning and how you’re progressing. At that point, we’ll either decide to wrap up our engagement and make a plan for you to sustain your learnings going forward, or recalibrate your goals and continue our work together.
I have some clients who I’ve worked with on a single, well-defined coaching goal for a 2-3 months, and others who I’ve worked with on several iterations of evolving goals for multiple years. Both are great!
When and where do we meet?
I meet with clients weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We will customize our cadence to your schedule and needs.
The goal is to find a balance between giving you enough time between meetings to make meaningful progress on the real-world changes you’re trying to make, but not so much time that we lose context and momentum in the coaching process.
I offer video or audio-only sessions. You can select your preference with each meeting you book.
What does coaching cost?
It is important to me that coaching is accessible to social entrepreneurs at all stages, so I work off of sliding scale pricing.
My standard rate is $200/session. My sliding scale model sets your rate anywhere from $100-$200/session, based on your annual income or your organization’s annual budget (depending on whether you’ll be paying out of pocket or whether your org/a funder will be covering the cost). As we explore working together I’ll share the sliding scale so you can identify which rate applies to you.
I also offer a 10% discount for prepayment of 10 or more sessions.
How do I get started?
The first step is to schedule your free 30 minute exploratory call.
This conversation is a chance for us to get to know each other, chat about what you’re hoping to get from coaching, talk through what the coaching process will entail, and ultimately decide whether we are a good mutual fit and want to move forward.
If for any reason I don’t feel I’m the right fit for what you need, or I don’t have the capacity to take you on as a client on your timeline, I will do my best to refer you to some other great coaches I know :)
